Shipping, Customs & Duties — What to Actually Expect
We want to be straightforward here rather than make promises we can't keep: Inasha Diamonds does not pay your country's import duties, VAT, or customs charges on your behalf. Any duties or taxes assessed by your destination country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient, as is standard for international shipments from any overseas seller.
What we do offer: shipping within India is completely free and insured, with in-stock orders arriving in 5-7 working days and made-to-order pieces in 15-25 business days. International shipping (including USA, UK, and all other served countries) is insured and fully trackable at a flat rate of USD $60 per shipment, regardless of order value. Every international shipment includes your original certificate, a commercial invoice, and full customs documentation to help your shipment clear smoothly — but any duty assessed on arrival is billed to you directly by the courier or your local customs authority, not by us.

Ring Sizing for International Buyers
This is important to get right before you order: Inasha Diamonds' ring sizes follow the Indian sizing convention (typically running from size 7 to 22 depending on the design), which is numerically different from the US sizing scale (roughly 4-13) and the UK's alphabetical scale (A-Z). Please do not simply provide your US or UK size expecting it to match — it will not.
