1. 15-Day Return & Replacement
Applicability: Domestic & International Orders
You may request a return or replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition.

Documentation: Must include the original packaging, invoice, and certification.

Verification: To maintain complete transparency, a full video recording of the return package unboxing is made available upon request during the inspection process.
2. How Returns Work
We follow a streamlined process to ensure your request is handled efficiently:

Inspection: Once the product reaches our facility, it undergoes a rigorous quality and authenticity check.

Resolution: Upon approval, we process your refund, replacement, or exchange as requested.
Note on Shipping: While Inasha Diamonds bears the cost of initial shipping and insurance to your address, reverse shipping is scheduled by us and covered by a processing charge of Rs. 1,000/-, applicable at the time of Return, Buyback, or Exchange.
3. Refund Processing

4. Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Program
We are committed to the long-term value of your investment. Our lifetime programs allow you to evolve your collection with ease.
Requirements for Eligibility:

Presentation of the original invoice and certification is mandatory.

Jewellery must be in good, wearable condition, subject to inspection.

Any bank cashback, EMI benefits, or third-party offers availed at the time of purchase will not be included in the valuation.
5. Location-Based Applicability

Domestic Orders (India): Fully eligible for return, replacement, exchange, and buy-back.

Returns are currently accepted only in the USA and UK.

Customers are responsible for generating and managing return shipping labels.

Any custom duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during return/exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.
