1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Timeline

Domestic Orders (India):

  • All jewellery is made to order.

  • Manufacturing time: 10–15 business days from order confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped only after passing quality checks.

International Orders:

  • Manufacturing time remains 10–15 business days.

  • International shipping is initiated after completion and quality approval.

Please note: Timelines may vary slightly for customised or high-value orders. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We offer secure and insured shipping across India.

  • Shipping is handled through trusted logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–7 business days, depending on location.

  • All domestic shipments are fully insured until delivery.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • Inasha Diamonds ships to select international destinations, including the USA and UK.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Important International Shipping Notes:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any local charges (if applicable) are borne entirely by the buyer.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs procedures, which are beyond our control.

4. Packaging & Insurance

  • All jewellery is shipped in tamper-proof, discreet, and premium packaging.

  • Every shipment (domestic and international) is insured until it reaches the customer.

  • For security reasons, we do not mention jewellery-related details on the outer packaging.

5. Delivery Guidelines

Domestic Orders:

  • A signature may be required at the time of delivery.

  • Customers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery address.

International Orders:

  • Delivery may require identity verification or signature, as per local regulations.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, strikes, or logistical disruptions are not under Inasha Diamonds’ control.

  • We will, however, proactively assist and keep you informed at every stage.
